Here are some pics of what the house looked like before we got to work on it, we started with a pretty good canvas, plumbing and wiring were just waiting to be finished and all the ceilings were in thank goodness!
And just so you know, even from here $100,000 has disappeared VERY quickly! And we're not finished :)
